Moisture slow to leave = Rain chances

While our cold front has pushed to the south, we continue to have moisture around the area. As a result, we've clouded up here in the city, and are seeing some showers and thunderstorms develop in a narrow band along the Missouri River, through the city, and down towards Clinton. These showers will likely continue to develop through the afternoon. Dryer air will slowly work it's way in from the east late this afternoon and this evening, ending our threat for rain.

So... not as great of a day today as I first thought, but Saturday and Sunday should nice for this time of the year.
